I think I have ADD or ADHD or whatever you want to call it. When it comes to blogging, I just can’t keep up with it. I lose interest so fast! Granted, this blog has undoubtedly been the longest running of them all and yet, I still feel like it’s in its infancy. There is so much to discuss about this world and I have completely neglected to do so via www.breannadawn.com. Furthermore, I have discovered that I rarely finish tasks. I have a bizillion drafts on here ranging from one liners to full posts that just need some editing. One in particular is actually quite good but needs major editing, basically a re-write, and well, I have ADD so I won’t be doing that.
I truly want to maintain my blog. I would love to write daily–and I might have to add that to my long list of things to do: cleaning, laundry, sign on to GoogleTalk for work, and blog. Yeah, my life is so jam packed with shit to do, I just hope I have TIME to blog (said with sarcasm). Maybe I am just THAT lazy?! I really hope that isn’t the case. I’ll be really bummed if it turns out that I am too lazy to sit with my laptop and type my thoughts out vigorously on at least a weekly basis. Like I said, there is so much to be said about this crazy world we live in. I mean, I find it hard to believe that I haven’t written about any current events, ripped on Jersey Shore, or even mentioned a thing about my dysfunctional family in weeks! I gotta fix this.
So let me make up for lost time:
Jersey Shore – REALLY?! Who the fuck thought of this crap?! I mean I think reality TV is pretty bad but SERIOUSLY? I just want to know where they found that little rat monster Snooky?! What rock was she hiding under? And then “The Situation”? That guy makes Kayne West look like a genius. He gives a whole new meaning to the word “douchebag”.
Obama – People just need something to bitch about apparently. The last president was a moron and now Obama isn’t doing enough?! What do you people want?! And it better not be Palin. I finally understand what my Dad meant when he said, “If (insert democratic presidential candidate here” wins, I’m moving to Canada!” If Palin SERIOUSLY became the GOP nominee and actually won a presidential election, I would quickly denounce my citizenship and move to France. Yes, France because they already think Americans are morons and with her as president, well, they would have enough evidence to back them up. That, and the Louvre seems pretty kick ass. That tower thing seems pretty cool too.
Education – On national, we are still fucked. On a personal level, yeah about the same.
Work – Oh this is a good one. I am officially 30 hours a week at Cal-PASS (although now I am an employee of “The Institute”) AND I am doing some side work with Cabrillo College. Woot woot.
Hubby – Flippin’ sweet! Handsome as ever and just such an amazing man!
Family (Bagchee) – Everyone is doing well! Kiren and Alli will be getting married in September 2011. Sam will be out for a few months for that. Morna is currently in Ireland and will be back at the end of January. Conor and Nate are growing up WAY too fast. Conor is such an athletic stud and Natey is a board game whiz! Auhin is playing music constantly and Judy and I are less than six months away from Egypt!
Family (Eddy-Davis) – Sister is still having heart issues. One of the three arteries that was worked on is now 100% clogged. Fortunately, it isn’t an emergency. She is trying some medication to see if that works and if not, stints will go in. McKay is doing fabulous! He is getting straight A’s and involved in many activities. I swear, that kid can do it all! Mom is still singing and living in Carmel and my Dad is doing well up in Incline.
Basketball – TOMATOES ARE BACK BIATCHES! So excited for this season to start. I got the all clear from my doctors and can’t wait to start playing again.
I think…that is enough.
